Coaver Club Membership Application Form

Please note all applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age
It costs as little as £37.20 per year to become a member.

There are 3 categories of membership, Full DCC Membership, Associate Membership or Retired Membership. In addition, the partner of a club member can also join the club free of charge as a Partner Member.

3a) Explanatory notes for each category

Local Resident: home address must be within St. Leonards Ward
DCC Linked Organisation: employed by an organisation working in partnership with Devon County Council e.g. Devon & Cornwall Police, South West Water, Exeter City Council, NHS Partners.

Please print the name of the organisation you work for, the sports team you play for or the name of your parent in the box below (Child aged 18+ of Club Member: must live at home with a parent who is a current Coaver Club member.)

4. Applicants for Retired Membership to complete & return

You should be a Coaver Club member and employed by DCC at the date of your retirement to be eligible for Retired Membership.
