There are 6 Rooms at the Coaver Club which are bookable for DCC staff free of charge through the DCC Outlook Calendar.​
Each room is equipped with open access wi-fi, data port, conference phone, projection screen and flipchart.
​
In addition, the Conference Room and Ansell Room can be booked through the Coaver Office.

Conference Room

The Conference Room has a multi-media system which is equipped with DVD, video, laptop PA and microphones.
​
The room holds up to 100 seated in Cabaret style and 120 in Theatre style.
Ansell Room
​
The Ansell Room seats 20 people in Boardroom style only.
​
It boasts a large TV screen and a video conferencing phone with a 360 degree camera, ideal for a skype meeting.
Sargent Room

Boardroom style for up to 20 people

Jam Room
​
The Jam Room is an informal collaborative space for all kinds of brainstorming sessions and seats up to 12 people.

It has an Interactive Smart Board and is a great room to encourage creative thinking amongst your team.
